Welcome to Motionskoll! These terms of use (”the Terms”) apply to your use of the Motionskoll website and service (”the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept the Terms.

1. About the Service

Motionskoll is a free training and weight diary online. With the Service you can log training sessions, record weight and body measurements, set goals and follow your progress with charts and statistics. The Service is provided as is.

2. Account and registration

To use the Service you create an account with a username, email address and password. You are responsible for keeping the information correct and your password secret, and for all activity that takes place via your account.

3. Cost

The Service is free to use. We do not require any payment details for you to create an account or use the features.

4. Your use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, not to attempt unauthorised access to other users' accounts or to our systems, and not to disrupt or overload the Service. We may suspend accounts that misuse the Service.

5. Personal data and privacy

The information you enter (e.g. username, email, training data, weight and body measurements) is stored to display your history, statistics and goals. The data is used only to deliver the Service and is never sold on. You can delete your account at any time under My profile, which permanently removes your data. Under the GDPR you have the right to request, correct or delete your personal data.

6. Health disclaimer

Motionskoll is a tool for keeping a diary of training and weight and does not constitute medical advice. Calculations such as BMI are indicative. Always consult a doctor or other healthcare provider before starting a new training or diet programme.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for the Service to work well but cannot guarantee it is always free from interruptions or errors. We may update, change or discontinue features. We recommend that you regularly export your diary (PDF/Excel) as a backup.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Intellectual property

The content, design and the Motionskoll brand belong to us. The training data you enter yourself is yours – you retain the rights to your own data.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend accounts that breach the Terms.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be announced on the website. By continuing to use the Service after a change you accept the updated Terms.
